This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lynda, the 'Traditional Holidays' costume creator:
All my family came down to visit and my mom had given me a parts of decorative garments for me to wear, so when it came down for a costume I was upset because I couldn't find anything I wanted to wear. Well I gathered every peace of clothing/hats/wigs...etc etc that my mom had given me and put it all on and this is what my costume turned out to be...lol
