This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Veronica, the 'Transformer Tank' costume creator:
Edward Pimentel 9 years old idea originated from Edward He want tank/transformer/jet combined three boxes spray painted black then recycled old back cut off straps and attached straps to box. Then added white tape to define. Edward body lights with three setting still, blinking, and flashing. Then he is wearing knee pads. Mask is made from cereal box. Covered with felt and defined look with white felt. Then added flashing eye balls originally for pumpkin decorating. Wheels on side of feet and side of arms made from black bowls taped on body with clear tape defined with white tape and insert transformer logo. It took about 2 weeks to make a few hours each day. Other materials used glue, blade, and zip ties. Cost for costume 13 bucks. Body lights 60 bucks.
