Transforming Optimus Prime Costume

My son Cooper Bell is wearing this costume. Since he has been Optimus Prime for the past 3 years we wanted to step it up a notch and try something different to get people's attention and also fulfill his dream of becoming an actual transformer. I used cardboard boxes, and hot glued them together and reinforced with duck tape then spray painted it to look like Optimus Prime. My son saw a YouTube video of a man that made a costume out of wood and he showed me and I thought I think I could do that out of cardboard. It actually transforms!
