This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natascha, the 'Trolls Poppy' costume creator:
My 5 year old Livia loves the movie and wanted to be Poppy. I don't do store bought so I made her a pink body suit, hand painted the dress design, made her a foam mask and covered with same pink material. Used leg warmers for hair. She loves it. It took 4 hours to make.
