Tutu Mutant Ninja Turtle-ettes Costume

My two daughters, Khloe who is 3 and Paisley who is 20 months, both share a love for turtles. I grew up loving the TMNT, so this costume ensemble was a must, especially after watching the movie and my daughter loved it as much as me! I only spent $14 which was on their shirts that I found at Wal-Mart. I made the tutu's and the ninja headbands out of tulle fabric that I already had and everything else came from their closets! Fashionably cheap and adorable, my kind of costume! Daddy was happy to see something other than pink and princess. They were a big hit!
