This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum' costume creator:
We bought the clothes from Forever 21 and made all the adornments ourselves out of pipecleaners, headbands and extra fabric. It was a hit!!
