Twins Baseball & Glove Costume

For the pass 5 Halloween’s we have dressed up our twin boys in coordinating things-that-go together costumes. Milk and cookies, peanut butter and jelly, fries and a hamburger. Mostly food apparently! This year we decided on them being the baseball glove and a baseball. Baseball was made by paper maching a large exercise ball. The ball was then covered in white duct tape and all the baseball details were drawn by hand with paint markers.
The glove was made mostly with different colors of felt hot glue in cardboard. Some pillow stuffing was used to hold up the fingers.
Seeing as the boys are twins I thought it would be clever to dress in twins attire, which I somehow found from a relative, even though we live in California! The blowup baseball bat led to some hilarious moments of acting out our costumes. The boys were great sports even though the costumes weren’t the best for playing games or a lot of walking!
