This homemade costume for adults entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anastasia, the 'Twisty the Clown' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. The idea came from when I was watching "American Horror story Freak show." This was inspired by The freaky/scary clown. I made this myself. The forehead was with liquid latex and the face was all used with kryolan supracolors and Aquacolors and of course fake blood and contacts.
