The "talk of the town" in Northern New Jersey, with this handcrafted unicorn costume and matching customized t-shirt for her "rainbow. Pepper, a two year old shih-tzu, decided that she wanted to match her owners for Halloween. Here she is pictured in her homemade unicorn costume. She is now prepared to join the family and "trick or treat".
