This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Unicorn' costume creator:
Ella picked this costume from a Disney website. We used a gray hoodie, safety pins, and felt and also a foam cone, silver scrapbook paper for the horn. We cut the felt into long pieces and safety pinned them to the inside of the hoodie to make the main and the tail. then we wrapped the cone in the silver paper and hot glued it to a headband to make the horn.
