Ursula the Sea Witch Costume

Me Tiffany Wearing the ursula. The idea came from loving all disney villans. How i make it i started with about 3 rolls of each color of toole and tiedd them to some ribbon to make a long tutu. then to make the tenticals i used about 4-5 yards of black shiny material and about 2 yards of purple material i cut them into long triangle shapes and sewed both sides together and then stuffed them with pillow stuffing. after stuffing i made a loop on the top with extra fabric so they would slide onto a belt to be worn around my waist. for the top i dyed a thin white long sleeve shirt lavender and took a black tank top with the straps cut off and sewed it over top. i purchased my shell necklace from etsy. and just used purple body paint to paint my face and just regular makeup for the face and sprayed my hair with white halloween spray.
