This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dani, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
I made this costume after I saw a YouTube video with a similar idea. I made the tentacles out of pipe insulation. The black fabrics is satine and the purple is velour. They are held up by fishing line
