Ursula Costume

I've been thinking about this costume for a couple of years. I used a black velvet dress and added trim, layers on the bottom and the tentacles. The dress was heavy so I pinned it to my bra. the necklace and earrings were real shells that I painted (with a mini glow stick in the shell). The wig took weeks to style and I put purple glow sticks in it. This was a bit over-the-top, but the end result was so worth it!
