This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I just love seeing if can pull off the idea. I worked on it for a week, the make up took 4 hrs.
