Ursula Costume

My four year old granddaughter loves the Little Mermaid. I wanted someone who would be unique. I started on her eight tentacles at the end of school last year. Each tentacle has large and small sequins hand sewed on with a bead in the middle. I didn’t want her legs showing underneath so I made a skirt out of ocean lookout fabric. I used a sparkly purple leotard with a black one with the arms cut out sewed over it. I got a seashell and used spray glue and gold glitter. I did the same thing for her crown. I made her eel, Flotsam, and used green glitter glue for a contrast. I bought her wig and scepter.
