This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'USO WWII Family' costume creator:
I love the 1940's era and have wanted to create family Halloween costumes around this theme for some time. My oldest son is wearing an actual vintage WWII Coast Guard Uniform. My daughter is a USO performer. I made her costume. My youngest son's costume is a combination of vintage and handmade. We did our Halloween photo shoot at the USS Batfish! This may be my favorite Halloween photo shoot yet!
