This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Summer, the 'Valkyrie' costume creator:
Our daughter is into mythology of all types and wanted to be a Norse Valkyrie for Halloween this year. We made her custom helmet, armor, and wings from craft and EVA foam then hand painted it all. Her sandals are up cycled brown sandals painted black, and her shirt and dress came from a previous costume.
