Vending Machine Costume

My Son Sam got the idea of being a vending machine and we had a lot of fun creating the costume together!

We found the perfect size box and painted it black. We created a smaller inner box that would be placed inside the larger box. We painted the inner box black, added cardboard shelves, added silver slinkies, put candy between the slinkies. We added numbers and letters. We cut out a hole in the large box and added plexiglass. We placed the smaller inner box inside the larger box and attached it. We made a control panel with foamboard squares and added numbers and letters. We added a plug and warning label to the back. We added a slot in from so that he could collect trick-or-treat candy.
