This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chanin, the 'Venetian Carnivale' costume creator:
I love amazing costumes and went all out with these. The headdress was made from foam, fabric and hot glue--and just a tad of patience. The veil was from tulle.
