Ventriloquists and Dummy Family Costume

I love Halloween and coming up with creative homemade costumes. This year was extra special because we had our first child! I didn't want a typical costume so I came up with this idea instead. My husband and I dress as ventriloquists while our 8 week old son was the "dummy"! My husband had black pants and I picked up the white shirt, suspenders and bow tie all at Walmart. My outfit is a simple white shirt, suspenders and black pants. Our son Bruer's outfit came from Babies-R-Us. We just mixed and matches until it we found the look we wanted. I did just basic makeup on him.
