Victor Van Dort and Corpse Bride Costume

I submitted my Corpse Bride Costume in another category, but I also wanted to enter my husband and I together! :-) These costumes are the two main characters in Tim Burton's "Corpse Bride." My husband's costume is mostly handmade - only the French cuff shirt was purchased. His jacket, pants, vest (underneath the jacket), and tie were all hand-sewn and created from scratch. Victor Van Dort is the main male character in "Corpse Bride" who is voiced by Johnny Depp. My costume also had a great deal of handwork (in addition to a few pre-made pieces) and is voiced by Helena Bonham Carter in the movie. We made jaws drop everywhere we went on Halloween night while wearing these costumes!!
