This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Victorian Ghosts' costume creator:
This is my 7 yr old daughter and my 5 yr old son. I used an old vintage wedding gown and tacked the sides in, shortened the dress and distressed it. For my son I used a 5 piece suit that I hand sewed ripped fabric and cheese cloth to. To distress and age the costumes I sprayed them both with black and grey hairsprays. Make-up was done by myself. The character added by these two was priceless!!!
