This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Taylor, the 'Victoria's Secret Model' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume , I cut the back of the Victoria's Secret bag and inserted 5 grommets on either side , cut the bag on an angle smaller by my waist and tied it up with ribbon , wore pink high waisted shorts pink shoes and the same ribbon in my hair , whole costume cost $11 for ribbon and grommets ! Fun and cheep :)
