This homemade costume for men entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Billy, the 'Savage Locust' costume creator:
So here is my Gears Of War 3 Savage Locsut. The body suit is custom made and the armor bits are EVA foam. The face was sculpt and cast in a flex foam. In normal shoes I'm 5'8 and in the suit I'm about 6'2.
