This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carolann, the 'Undertale Undyne' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume I made from scratch, it took about 300 hours total including a silicone bodice pulled from a custom mold, ears and teeth sculpted on life casts of body parts, armor made from foam & thermal plastic, a custom built hoop skirt, airbrushed on custom mixed PAX body paint, and 60 ft of custom trims.
