Voodoo Doll Costume

I wanted to make an optical illusion f Halloween costume that looks like two people rather than one. I stuffed some pants with contents from the pillow and I bought some scrubs from Goodwill for $10. The monsters mask came from dollar tree and I had the Styrofoam head. The monsters body was made from plastic frames that are meant to wrap up electrical cords. I attached two of the frames together and used many
zip ties to tighten it. I secured the frame inside the backpack and added more zip ties.
Bridget the T-shirts, I used my cricut cutting machine. I had so much fun in this costume. I did my grocery shopping at Walmart and it was amazing how many people were standing right next to me and not realizing I was even in costume. The ones who noticed me, either cracked up laughing or stood there trying to figure out what I was trying be. Many just compliment me on my costume. It was so fun I couldn’t stop laughing. When the trick-or-treaters came around for candy, I would act like a limp ragdoll until they got really close to me and then I’d perk up and start talking. Most of them would jump back, startled. My entire costume took three days and $40 to make.
