This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michele, the 'Voodoo King and Queen' costume creator:
We just bought the Basic costume from spirit Halloween. And made our accessories from left over old decorations and twine and did a heck of a makeup job!
