This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bonnie, the 'Voodoo Priestess' costume creator:
I'm wearing it and i made it in two weeks. Tuxedo jacket with added material, floor length hooded cape, black wig, top hat and the stick i had in the yard and put a skull on it with light inside.
