This homemade costume for boys entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Eliot, the 'Waldo' costume creator:
My 8 year old son is wearing a Waldo costume that I put together. I got the idea because he is so small for his age that it is hard to find him. During trick or treating I was able to spot him when he ran off. :)
