This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Washing the Cat' costume creator:
This is an idea I had after having to flea dip my 2 brats. The costume is cut from 2 10' by 3/4" pvc piping, 6x t-fittings, 6x L (90 degree) fittings, and a shower head with 3/4 connection. My boyfriends costume is simpler, using a scratches temporary tattoo set, and a white shirt, cut strategically and painted with fake blood.
