This homemade costume for families entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Wayne's World' costume creator:
My daughter Harper was Wayne and her cousin Vail was Garth from Wayne's World . We the parents made shirts to go along with their costumes as fans if Wayne's World. We had them wear pink converse as they are girls and not boys . They did great for were a perfect match ☺
