Weeping Angel Costume

My daughter Evie is 12yrs old the idea come from ( Doctor Who don’t blink ) her dress I found at a thrift store for $8 2 bottles of gray paint from Michael’s that cost $10 I use the paint to paint her dress her wings was made out of cardboard then painted the cardboard is held up by a clothes hanger inside her wig was two different yarns that I had sew together then painted the yarn then sew the yarn onto a wig cap her face was painted grey I add cracks this has been the best costume I have done
