This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'Wheel of Fortune' costume creator:
Made this out of cardboard, construction paper, and hot glue. The wheel actually spins and the board lights up. Worn by Katie (the board) and MaKinzie (the wheel).
