Wheelchair Superman Costume

I made this costume for my 5 year old son who has a rare genetic syndrome called Mecp2 duplication. He is limited in his mobility but not in his personality! The majority of the costume is made from cardboard that I free hand painted the skyline on. I used PVC pipe to support the "legs" that simulate him flying across the city. I used a pair of red tights and put a pair of his shoes inside of them then stuffed it with fabric to give them leg shapes.
