This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Cinderella' costume creator:
A local University (Sinclair Univeristy in Dayton Ohio) hosted a wheelchair costume clinic for local children with disabilities. The Physical Therapy program students volunteered their time and created custom costumes that were built around the kids' wheelchairs. My 3 year old wanted to be Cinderella so they built her a beautiful carriage out of cardboard. They used paint, foam cut outs from the craft store and even put lights on the inside so it light up at night. The rest of our family has decided to dress up as well. My son decided to be Prince Charming, my husband dressed up as her chauffeur, and I (her mother) am dressing up as the Fairy Godmother.
