This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carla, the 'Ice Cream Truck Driver' costume creator:
I have a special needs child and each year I create his wheelchair into a different costume. This year he was an ice cream truck driver. I made his costume from scratch using posterboard, cardboard, duck tape, hot glue gun, and material. I made the truck to slip over his wheelchair using his own wheelchair wheels as the ice cream truck wheels. I played ice cream music on a loop as he stroll through the neighborhood.
