This homemade costume for kids entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Haley, the 'Maci to the Moon' costume creator:
Maci is an astronaut in a wheelchair space shuttle!! The space shuttle was built with foam board and dowel rods to fit around our sweet astronaut’s wheelchair. The rocket boosters were made with upside down flower pots with battery operated fans within them and crepe paper for the flames.
