Superman Wheelchair Costume

This is our 3 year old son who LOVES superheroes! This was the first year we got his wheelchair and I knew we had to go big with it! So we bought the superman outfit and stuffed it with cotton (to give it body ... literally!) and then I sewed it together so it wouldn’t come out! I then added the stuffed Superman body to his wheelchair handle and suspended it by using fishing line tied onto the handle. For the skyline, I used cardboard and wrapped it around his whole wheelchair frame. Once I was happy with the size, I painted it all with blue Acrylic Paint. Once dried in cut out skyline silhouettes and the moon that I printed from my computer and pasted it all around the cardboard. After, I hot glued cotton on top of the cardboard to give the illusion of clouds! He loved it!
