This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Uyen, the 'Where's Waldo?' costume creator:
My 6.5 month old son is wearing the costume. The beanie is custom made by a cousin and the glasses and onesie were purchase online. We have been bringing him around the city taking "Where's Waldo?" photos of him to create a book for our parents.
