This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Roark, the 'Where's Waldo?' costume creator:
My husband and I decided that for our son's first Halloween we were going to dress him up as Waldo! The infamous red and white striped shirt would now be by our adorable 4-month old. After getting the costume together we decided how great of an idea it would be to take him to all of his favorite places in the Pocono Mountains where he could hide. We are going to print a book for him so that one day he can play Where's Waldo: Roark Edition!
