This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tamiesha, the 'Who's Bad' costume creator:
Eli Sturdivant is the "Toddler of Pop!" This costume was very cost efficient! I purchased the onesie and pants from the goodwill. The glitter belt is a stick on patch from the craft store. I handmade the wig with braiding hair.
