This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shirley, the 'Wicked Witch' costume creator:
I have always dressed as a witch for Halloween about 50 years to get it right. I use an airbrush to apply the original layer of green. Then I use thicker on my face after I glue on the nose. The dress was $10 at a thrift store. The hair was also thrift store find. The cackel is my own.
