This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Linda, the 'Wickedly Good Witch' costume creator:
I have been wearing this costume for 29 years, starting in 1988 as an aerobics instructor at the local community college. Of course modifications have been mad. The hat got bigger and more glitzy and The leotard turned into a dress-then a short skirted dress. Shoes went from black pumps to, glitter platforms. I was in Key West one year -WOW what a rush-the crowd treated me like I was Cher. I have had a blast over the years since Halloween is my favorite holiday-everyone is on equal ground - Bwhahahaha-Boo !!
