This homemade costume for adults entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jesse, the 'Wilhelm from Borderlands' costume creator:
im a female but chose to do a male costume because it looked cool, was fun, and had fun props lol. I did the costume in 12 days. the costume is all homemade. I made a latex mask since im a female and hand painted it. then sewed the shirt and added detail with paint. I painted a nerf gun for the weapon and then made the drone out of some board from hobby lobby lol. I used EVA for the armor and random pieces and stuffed the muscles lol.
