This homemade costume for adults entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jesse, the 'Willy Wonka' costume creator:
I bought the wig, shirt vest jacket and gloves online. I bought the "W" enamel pin off of Etsy. The goggles I've had for a while. My top hat came from the Renaissance Festival. As for the cane I made it myself. I took a plastic light fixture cover and glued a cane rubber stopper to the bottom I filled it with Sprinkles, then I took a Styrofoam ball painted black squirrels on it and glued to the top.
