This homemade costume for couples entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenny, the 'Wilson and Chuck' costume creator:
My husband and I dressed up this year as Chuck (played by Tom Hanks) and Wilson (played by a volleyball). I made Wilson out of a large beach ball and lots of paper mache. Inn be hand painted it and then we cut out two holes and decided against arm holes. We dirtied up a fed ex box and bought a caveman wig and beard to complete Chuck’s look.
