This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christy, the 'Windy Weatherman' costume creator:
My son Hayston is the Windy Weatherman. The ideas came from pinterest. Basically we glue leaves and debris on his clothing, wired up a necktie to look like it was flying with the wind and turned an umbrella inside out.
