This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joan, the 'Wise Baby Owl' costume creator:
My grandson Kevin is the wise owl. The costume is made of all felt. I cut the feather shapes and hand sewed them on a grey onesie to get the bony effect. The hat is also hand sewed and eyes are large black buttons. So enjoyed making his first Halloween special
