This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debra, the 'Witch and Biker Chic' costume creator:
Oreo and Flashy our five month old Pygmy goats is sweet hearts and I was in a store and seen dog costumes and I taught our goats would wear them and so I came home and me and my daughter started dressing her and another one of goats up and they love it.
