This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mandi, the 'Witch Doctor' costume creator:
My then 6 year old in his witch doctor costume. We purchased the hat as is, refurbished and added details to the belt, we added some fake bones to the jacket, we made his staff and attached a purchased shrunken head to the top, and had our first attempt at face painting the skeleton face on him.
